- Dedicated area approx. 8–15 m², studio-only kitchen & multiple toilets, locked lockers, 3 free parking spaces (first come): ¥42,000 / month (tax incl.)
Payment
Monthly auto-billing by credit card. Proceed to checkout after agreeing to the terms.
Notes
- Common charges and utilities are included.
- For cancellation (move-out), please notify us at least one month in advance.
- Contracts are monthly and auto-renewed.

- A. Those who want to start when inspiration strikes and pause when needed, and who prefer focused, independent production.
- Q. What are the hours?
- A. 24/7 access.
- Q. Can I stay overnight?
- A. There’s a bath and toilets on site; you may take naps or work through the night with your own sleeping bag. Continuous residential use as a dwelling is not allowed. (Free parking is first come.)
- Q. Is cleaning on a rota?
- A. No rota. Cleaning costs are included in the monthly fee.
- Q. How do I pay?
- A. Monthly, automatically renewed credit-card payments.
- Q. How do I enter?
- A. After the first monthly billing is completed, we’ll provide your access code by phone.
